Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located near the French Quarter, making it easy to explore tourist spots while enjoying a quiet night's rest. The rooms were spacious, recently renovated, but not serviced. The service was friendly, although at times staff seemed distracted. The location's proximity to key attractions and business areas was a major plus, although a long walk was required for dining. Dining options were limited with late opening hours. The facilities were adequate.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, but there was a slight issue with the charges that got resolved. The street view was fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious 1-bedroom with a lovely living room. The location was perfect for exploring the WWII Museum, French Quarter, and Superdome, all within walking distance. However, the dining experience in the Executive Lounge was lacking, with limited food options.
Upon arrival, I had to wait past the check-in time for my room, which had dirty, cracked windows. The booking was made using Chase credit card points. The service, while slow and rude at times, had kind and helpful servers. There was an extra fee each time valet got my car, but they did act promptly to get us another room. The location, despite being great for us, was somewhat dangerous and got too dark at night near the French Quarter. The dining options were limited to specific hours, but the Executive lounge was amazing. The hotel is a clean, by-the-hour establishment, close to many downtown attractions.
